Shipping: We have a weight-based flat rate structure for most delivery addresses within the continental U.S. When you select this "Weight-based Shipping" option, we will send your order via Spee-Dee delivery, UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Parcel Post, at our discretion.
Returns & Refunds: Non-perishable items may be returned for credit only within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please call for return authorization. We charge a 10% fee for goods returned for credit and refused deliveries. We do not refund shipping cost or return shipping charges. Confirmed damaged goods and errors will be replaced at our expense. We value our customers and will do everything possible at each step of the way to ensure your satisfaction.
