We have enjoyed the creative process of making beer, cheese, and yogurt at home, and our hope is to bring that productive, joyful experience into your home, too. We value the hard work and determination that led people in distant times and places to develop the know-how we now hope to pass on to you. We also enjoy the science that makes these foods and beverages possible. Home food production is a wonderful family hobby. We also believe that by building this business we are doing our small part toward a more just and sane economy that values families, small businesses, local economies, and greater self-sufficiency. Among our sources of inspiration are Distributism and Catholic social doctrine.
